Those with psychotic symptoms. ·
Pregnant / lactating mother. ·
Had received any antidepressant/ fluoxetine in last 5 weeks. ·
In need of ECT. |
·
Untreated HTN , BP ≥ 150/90 ·
H/o of renal disease / cardiac disease / diabetes /liver disease ·
With contraindications to fluoxetine. ·
If subject was incapable of presenting him /her for adequate
follow up. |
